General Catering Information
Thank you for selecting the Sharonville Convention Center as the site for your
upcoming function! The following general guidelines have been established by Ovations Food Services to assist you with your planning and to ensure your function will be presented in a timely and professional manner.
All menu selections and other arrangements must be received by our catering office at least fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled function. Food and beverage prices are subject to change. Prices will, however, be confirmed six months prior to the event. All food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, must be provided by Ovations Food Services and may not be brought in, sold or served, in any manner whatsoever, by any other person or organization. Additional charges may apply to food functions that exceed four hours.

Please contact your Sales Professional as we are willing to customize menus based on your needs and budget.
Guarantees
A final guarantee of attendance is required three (3) business days prior to all food and beverage events. In the event Ovations does not not receive a final guarantee prior to (3) business days, the expected number will become the guarentee number. Should the number of attendees exceed the guarantee, you will be charged accordingly. Ovations will make every attempt to accommodate any increases in guarantee numbers after the (3) business days, however, the guarantee may not decrease inside of (3) business days prior to the event.
Deposits
The Convention Center management shall dictate the deposit requirements on their contract for events booked into the Center. It is understood that the validity of any arrangements made for food and beverage service through Ovations Food Services is predicated on the full execution of a signed agreement with the Convention Center for the space in which your function is to be held.
Payment
Payment, in full, for all functions is expected one week prior to the day of the function unless other prior arrangements have been made. Prices do not include 20% service charge (minimum $40) and applicable sales tax. Clients paying with cash will receive a 5% discount on food and beverage only.
